An evaluation meeting held on the 25th of March with the board members of the organization and our partners from Germany.
Top on the agenda was a review of the strategic plan to carry out for the next four years.
It was a very brief meeting and after some few deliberations, we arrived at the following resolutions
Resolutions:
- Assessing the strategic plan and budgeting is the next plan
- Plan another outreach program to different orphanages
- Go to the previous orphanage to assess how much the gift items helped the children and also see where and how we can assist
- One of the board member from Germany purpose the idea of gifting tools according to their own system and promised to make that available
