This training was carried out on the 15th of July 2023 at all Saints Parish Mutengene. By Hope for humanity outreach. The aim of this training was to empower youths leaders in the Diocese with a skill that can help them gain financial freedom and also to add to their educational certificate which is a plus.
Training was done on the production of the following detergents;
- Soap which can be used to wash dresses, plates and other house hold equipment’s.
- Toilet wash which can be used to clean the toilet and disinfect it from bacterial infections
- Bleaching detergent which can be used to remove stains from dresses both color and white dresses.
During this training all equipments and materials for the production was brought and writing materials were shared to the youths to take down notes. It was a successful training and at the end of the training the outcome of the detergents were shared among the youths leaders. The youths leaders were so happy as they were proud to say they have learnt a skill that will help them at home and also to make income and earn a living. Hence the aim of the training was achieved. They were also encouraged not to relent their efforts as they go back home they should practice and become better just as the saying goes practice makes perfect. At the end of the training session some of the youth leaders when home with one bottle of the various products produces on that day and they express their satisfaction with training on Divine Mercy Radio Television (DMTV).
